ABC frequently works with landholders to unlock the development potential of their site.

The team works with site owners to identify the best strategy for achieving planning consent and optimum value for the land. In the first instance this will begin with a pre-application meeting with the local authority or preparation of representations for local plan or neighbourhood plan submissions.
Dependent on the intentions of the landholder we will frequently assemble, appoint and manage a consultancy team to prepare and submit a planning application. We also work with agents to take opportunities out to the market to select a development partner to take the site through the planning process.
