Whilst it is always our intention to gain planning permission at local level, it does sometimes become necessary to pursue a planning appeal for an application either after refusal or non-determination.

ABC has significant experience in the preparation and submission of appeals through written representation, informal hearing or public inquiry procedure.
Andrew has significant experience in acting as an expert witness for public inquiries through the preparation of proofs of evidence and acting as an expert witness for both applicants and local authorities.
