The team frequently manages the appointment and co-ordination of consultants in the preparation, submission and determination of planning applications and appeals. From the outset of any process we seek to fully understand the key planning opportunities and risk to prepare a strategy for securing planning at local level. This includes mapping of main political and local stakeholders to work with the client on the best approach to engagement with residents and councillors.
