ABC has also provided consultancy services on smaller, high value sites on numerous occasions. One such example is the development of three large detached houses on the site of a single dwelling on the Crown Estate in Oxshott. Working through a series of planning constraints, ABC demonstrated that the proposed dwellings were in accordance with the policies for Elmbridge Council. More importantly, through a robust planning statement and feeding in to the design and access statement, we were able to demonstrate that the proposed dwellings would not be out of keeping with the character of the surrounding area. On the basis of the lack of objections to the proposed application, planning was secured under delegated powers within the statutory determination period.
