Andrew Black Consulting was established to provide a unique and refreshing approach to planning and development consultancy.
Andrew has over 20 years of experience in the development industry, and prior to establishing ABC he ran the planning team at PRP having worked in both local authority and the housebuilding industry before that. ABC focuses on planning consultancy for all tenures and typologies of residential development including strategic land promotion, brownfield development, estate regeneration, and housing for older people. ABC has also been extensively involved in providing expert witness and advocacy in planning appeals and CPO proceedings.
ABC provides end to end consultancy and management of projects from initiation through to completion on site including section 106, CIL, amendments to permissions. ABC also provides analysis, comment and training on the latest changes to legislation, policy and guidance.
